On this 80th anniversary of the D-Day, on Saturday June 8, 2024, a symbolic plaque was placed to thank the “French Heritage Society” for its support to the Abbey, under the lens of the cameras of France 3 Normandie, with the presence of D. de Kergorlay, its president as well as one of the grandchildren of Charles S. Dewey, former owner of the abbey from 1932 to 1964. A contribution which will partly finance the restoration work of the abbot house as well as the fence walls.
